Directions
Place the contents of 1 shallow tablespoon (8.5g) in water, natural juice or yogurt and stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture and then drink. It is recommended twice a day, preferably before breakfast and before dinner.
The supplement must be taken for a minimum period of 3 months.
